Boy Wonder was the childhood nickname of Chef John Beilfuss, Executive Chef of multi-award winning Lula’s Louisiana Cookhouse. Chef says “These spice blends and rubs are my secret recipes that are the backbone of all the unique flavors we’ve become well known for!
